Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse returns (changed mind, incorrect size ordered, no longer needed):

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    We will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking fees: No cost

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Missing or Incorrect Items
